Dbrij Registry

Check your business name with CAC for free, register a business name or a company, and have NGOs and company changes filed by an accredited partner. Dbrij follows it until the certificate is in your Drive.

What can I register here?

A business name and a private company limited by shares, filed straight with CAC. NGOs, churches and associations (incorporated trustees), and changes to a company such as directors, address, shares and annual returns, are filed for you by an accredited filing partner on CAC’s portal.

Do you talk to CAC directly?

Yes. Business names and companies go to CAC through its own service for licensed partners, and CAC’s answers come back the same way: its approval, its questions, and its certificate.

What does it cost?

You pay per filing, never a subscription: CAC’s fee at cost, plus Dbrij’s fee with VAT on it, shown apart before you pay. A filing done by our partner is priced after they review it. Stamp duty on a company’s share capital is paid to the government on its own page.

I registered before. Can I bring it here?

Yes. Find the business by its RC or BN number and claim it with the VRC code CAC emails to the company’s email on its record. Without access to that email, send the certificate and our team checks it.

What happens to my ID and signature?

They are sealed while kept, sent only to CAC and to the filing partner for a filing they handle, and deleted 90 days after the registration ends.

Dbrij is Nigeria’s company operating system: the first Nigerian built platform to put team chat, video meetings, email, HR, tax compliant payroll, customer support, marketing, analytics and cloud hosting in one product on one subscription.
